L'ostello, ex rifugio di montagna situato a 360 metri s.l.m., è la base ideale per andare alla scoperta dei sentieri che conducono al monte Snowdon e alle numerose colline e vette dello Snowdonia National Park. Lo YHA Snowdon Pen-y-Pass dispone di una sala da pranzo e una cucina, per chi voglia preparare autonomamente i propri pasti. Il bar-ristorante offre anche il servizio di preparazione di pranzi al sacco, su richiesta. In 20 minuti d'auto potrete raggiungere la splendida costa gallese e il noto castello di Caernarfon. La famosa ferrovia Snowdon Mountain Railway è situata presso Llanberis, a 10 minuti d'auto dall'ostello.

Allocated sole-use bathrooms (excluding Camping and Cabins) will be available from the 25 July, 2020 subject to government guidance. YHA cannot accept bookings for 16 people or more. Any such bookings will be cancelled by YHA. The maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights. Following any stay of 14 nights, guests may not stay in any YHA accommodation for at least seven nights. The ID must match the name and address on the booking. Where a booking is for more than one person, the named person on the booking will need to provide proof of identify that matches the name and address on the booking. ID will also be requested from all other adult guests. These IDs must match the name they sign in with at check in.
